Blessings Through Us

Look around you and see how blessed you are.
I went about my day and saw how blessed I was. I thanked God for sending his angels for protecting me from dangers seen and unseen. The near missed accident. The grocery bill that was a penny short. The lady I was able to bless despite my lesser amount.
I thought he was a girl he moved about quickly. The parking lot was jammed with people picking up their groceries. I asked him to grab my things after waiting for three hours. He said ok. When he came out I heard what God said but I asked God to repeat it to be sure, again. I heard the amount. I grabbed my wallet and folded the money and handed it over. He took it and looked at me. His eyes said how did you know? I looked at him, with his long beautiful hair pulled in his ponytail rushing around and I said: God bless you for in the car and left. He walked away in shock.
The blessing did not come from me but through me. No questions asked. God will provide. He always does.
Let us pray,
Lord, You are our almighty all knowing gracious and generous Lord. Father, you said as we have done to others we have done unto you. Forgive us for overlooking the moments to help another. Forgive us for thinking of our wants and needs while ignoring others. Father please help us realize what matters to you most and put your will ahead of ours. We are not perfect but we serve a perfect God of impossibilities. We know you can work miracles in our lives with one word of encouragement, one smile one generosity can open doors for others to want to know you. Please help us. Lord, thank you for all the small miracles you perform for us in us and through us daily. Lord, help us decrease while you increase. For this we thank you, praise you and honor you. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
